By now, many residents in the town of Petersham have noticed our trucks moving throughout the town as we build the Fiber to the Home network. We're very excited to take this huge step with the town, and we sense that residents are as well! We want to let residents in Petersham know what they might expect from us as the network build progresses.
The network build is a multi-phase process, but it can be summarized in 3 simple steps:

These three steps define the overall process of the fiber to the home network build.
Matrix has different teams working through each phase of the process, so the team you see in the street hanging cable might not be the team that will connect your home, and vice versa.
We want to let every customer know that if you've signed up for service, either recently or sometime in the past few years, we have you on our list! When the network is ready to be connected to your home, rest assured that we will get in touch to schedule that connection.
